A friend of mine at Keller Williams International, Jay Papasan, recently made this little video about what it takes to sell in this market. He has co-wrote a number of best selling books (Millionaire Real Estate Agent and Shift are two of the best books ever written about real estate – in my opinion) and is very talented at explaining real estate concepts.
