The number just keeps on increasing. It was recently reported that 89% of home buyers are starting their search for homes on the internet. As a home seller you need to be sure that your agent is placing your home on as many internet sites as possible. It is also very important that you have professional photographs of your home to stand out from the crowd.

On Friday I attended a one day seminar entitled “Seize the Market”. Facilitated by Rick Geha, Multiple Operating Partner of Keller Williams Realty, we studied the current national and local Atlanta real estate market conditions.
